Chakrata is a small cantonment town in deodar forest, about three hours from Dehradun. It is quieter than Mussoorie, not a secret island.
- Tiger Falls is a half-day outing. Deoban is a high meadow drive for views when the sky is clear — not a guaranteed Himalayan panorama.
- Indian guests should carry ID. Foreign guests may need extra paperwork; we only take those bookings when permits are realistic.
