Overview

Gulmarg is about two hours from Srinagar. You stay in town so morning gondola queues are shorter than a day trip.

  • Phase 1 to Kongdoori is included when the cable car is operating. Phase 2 and ski lessons are paid on the mountain.
  • Snow is typical December–March. Meadows are green from late spring through summer. Confirm gondola status before you fly.
