Spiti is a high, dry valley. Most nights are in Kaza after a Kinnaur approach so you gain height slowly.
- The usual summer window is June to September. Kunzum and Chandratal depend on snow and road reports that week.
- Hikkim, Komic, and Langza are day drives from Kaza, not separate destinations you rush in one hour.
Indicative trip costs (2025–26)
The package sale price is the land cost (stay + meals as listed + local transport). Flights, trains, and some activities are extra. No airport in Spiti. Group tours price transport into the fare; private cabs cost more per person for 2 pax.
